Dominic Shum was born in Kuala Lumpur and attended school at La Salle PJ before doing his undergraduate degree in Singapore. He is now working in Malaysia as a director for corporate affairs with a fast growing education group.
Qualifications:
Dominic graduated from the National University of Singapore ( http://www.nus.edu.sg/aboutus/factsfigures.php ) in the late eighties and completed a MBA in Entrepreneurial Mgt (with Distinction) recently. He also hold a Diploma in Personnel Management along with other professional certificates in the areas of quality management, systems analysis and design, E commerce & accounting. Dominic is also a qualified public accountant with the Institute of Public Accountants, Australia ( http://www.publicaccountants.org.au/).
Industry Experiences:
Dominic worked before in the following industries ; Education, Multilevel Marketing, Contract Manufacturing, Computer Hardware, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing, Distribution, Consulting & Logistics etc. The companies he has worked with ranged from small to large corporation both in the private and public sector. In his 22 years of experiences he held positions such as board member, financial controller, regional business planning manager, finance manager, consultant, lecturer etc etc.
